Invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month and payment is due by the end of the month. If payment is not received by the 20th a reminder email is sent. Accounts not paid during the month of service are subject to suspension.
No contract means no contract. Customers are free to cancel at any time. No refunds are given for services already billed. If you need to cancel for any reason please call prior to monthly invoices being sent so we can prorate your last month's service rate.

The Utah Legislature recently passed S.B. 134 modifying the Utah Criminal Code regarding an Internet service provider’s responsibility to offer content filtering methods for materials harmful to minors. Under S.B. 134 customers of Internet service providers now have the right to request that material harmful to minors be blocked. If you wish to have material harmful to minors be blocked, we can connect you to a third party company that offers this service.
